FingerPick1. Agreement to these terms
These terms govern your access to and use of FingerPick. By using the app, you agree to these terms and to use the service lawfully.
2. What FingerPick does
FingerPick provides on-device tools for random group selection, team splitting, and turn ordering. Results are intended for casual coordination and entertainment.
3. Important limitations
Do not use FingerPick as the sole method for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, disciplinary, gambling, prize, or other high-stakes decisions. Random output does not establish that a decision is legally or ethically fair.
4. Responsible use
Use the app lawfully and with the consent of people interacting with the screen. Do not use it to harass, discriminate against, endanger, or misrepresent another person.
5. Accounts and device access
The core chooser does not require an account. You are responsible for controlling access to your device and for activity performed through your installation.
6. Purchases and subscriptions
Paid plans or optional purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are also governed by the applicable store terms. Prices, billing periods, included features, and any trial are shown before confirmation.
7. Updates and compatibility
Features may be added, removed, or changed for safety, reliability, compatibility, or product quality. Older devices or operating-system versions may not support every feature.
8. Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Store approval, maintenance, device limits, regional rules, and events outside our reasonable control may affect availability.
9. Feedback
If you send feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve FingerPick without an obligation to compensate you. This does not transfer ownership of your unrelated content or personal information.
10. Intellectual property
FingerPick, its name, interface, software, graphics, interaction design, and associated assets are owned by or licensed to YAYIN INTERNATIONAL TRADING LIMITED.
11. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, abuse, security risks, store requirements, or material breaches. You may stop using the app at any time; deleting it does not cancel an active store subscription.
12. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, FingerPick is provided on an “as available” basis. You remain responsible for deciding whether a result is appropriate for the situation.
13. Limitation of liability
Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on a random result or use outside the intended casual purpose.
14. Consumer protection and changes
Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply. We may update these terms when the product, law, or store requirements change and will publish the current version here.
