FingerPick1. Scope
This policy applies to FingerPick and explains how information is handled when you use its selection, grouping, turn-order, purchase, and support features.
2. Core touch processing
Finger positions used for group selection, team splitting, and turn order are processed temporarily on the device. FingerPick does not need participant names, accounts, contacts, photos, or precise location for these core functions.
3. Device permissions
The core experience uses screen touch and may use haptic feedback. It does not require access to contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or precise location. Any change in the release build will be disclosed before launch.
4. Storage and sharing
Core selection results and temporary touch positions are not uploaded for the selection to work. FingerPick does not sell participant information or use touch data for targeted advertising.
5. Diagnostics
To maintain reliability, FingerPick processes limited diagnostic information such as app version, operating-system version, device model, and error details. It does not include participant names or a permanent record of finger positions.
6. Purchases and subscriptions
Apple App Store or Google Play processes payment details. We may receive product and transaction references, subscription status, region, and entitlement status to confirm access, restore purchases, and resolve billing issues. We do not receive your complete card number.
7. Analytics and advertising
FingerPick does not display third-party advertising inside the app. Touch positions and local selection or game results are not used for advertising and are not sent to Google Ads API.
8. Sharing, retention, and security
Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the app, process store transactions, or protect service reliability. We do not sell personal information. Service records are retained only as needed for these purposes, legal obligations, disputes, and fraud prevention, then deleted or anonymized.
9. International processing
Service providers may process limited technical or transaction information outside your country or region. We use reasonable contractual and technical safeguards where required. Core touch selection remains on the device.
10. Your choices and rights
You can change local preferences, remove locally stored app data, manage subscriptions through your store account, and ask about access, correction, or deletion of information linked to you. Email contact@yayinintl.com with “FingerPick Privacy Request” in the subject. We usually reply within a few business days.
11. Children
FingerPick is a general group utility. Children should use it with a parent, guardian, teacher, or other responsible adult where appropriate. The core chooser is not designed to collect a child’s name or contact details.
12. Changes and operator
